Pengembangan Dashboard Job Safety Management System (Jsms) Berbasis React pada PT. Elefante Infradigi Solution

Manual safety management processes often make it difficult to monitor and report data effectively. The aim of this study is to develop a Job Safety Management System (JSMS) dashboard based on React to help PT. Elefante Infradigi Solution to manage occupational safety data in a structured and interactive way. The research method included interviews, observations, and literature studies, with system design using UML (activity, use case, sequence, and class diagrams) and ERD. The results of the study are a JSMS dashboard that provides features such as incident management, permit to work, AI-based fit to work assessment, real-time notifications, and management of personal protective equipment (PPE), contractors, attendance, and training data. The system supports three user roles (Admin, Supervisor, Employee) with different access rights. In conclusion, the developed JSMS dashboard is capable of significantly enhancing the effectiveness of monitoring and managing occupational safety and health in the company.
