The tourism sector in Indonesia is growing rapidly, making functional websites crucial for travel companies like PT. Airlangga Sejahtera Group. Currently, the company faces issues with the lack of an integrated online reservation system, manual payment processes, and the absence of a centralized admin dashboard. This study aims to redevelop the website of PT. Airlangga Sejahtera Group to optimize the reservation system and the travel and tour service interface. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method was utilized, enabling a faster, more flexible development process with direct company involvement at every stage. The result of this research is a new website equipped with automated reservation features, payment gateway integration (sandbox), and a centralized admin dashboard. This development is expected to improve staff operational efficiency, reduce reliance on manual communication, and simplify the booking process for customers.
